We refer to the
above captioned subject,we are please to append below brief information of our
company as our proposal and quotation for your consideration
For your
information our company was incorperated in 1998 and we have been in security
business for almost 12 years.Over the years we have progressively expanded our
operation and setup brance office in all the state in Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak.
As innovative
security services company,our specialisation in industrial security and safety
services and we are geared to provide
services mainly in manufacturing company,shopping complexes and relate
industrial organization.Thus we are able to programme tailored to meet your
specific requirements.
Our company is
presently a Corporate Member of Malaysian Professional Security Association and
Malaysia Intitude of Personal
Management.Our Board of Director consist of prominent businessman and high
ranking ex-services personnel who has constribute to the efficient management
of the company.
The security
coverage would be 24/12 hours daily including on Sundays and Public Holidays.
DEPLOYMENT OF SECURITY GUARDS
The number of
guards deployed will be upon your requirement at your established.
WORKING SYIFT
The working shift
is 12 hours around the clock.
SUPERVISION AND AND BACKUP SERVICES
We would provide
regular visit by Senior Personnels to check the duties performed by the
security guard
Such visit would
be made both during the day and night and also upon your requests
UNIFORM AND ACCESSORIES
All our guard
would be provide with complete uniforms an accessories to enable then to
perform their duties effectively.
It is also
intended to project and reflec and authoritative nature of security and safety
services in your company.
LABOUR LAW AND EMPLOYMENT ACT
It is understood
that all security guard deployed to your company are our employees,hence it is
our responsibility to comply all requirement stipulate in the relevant act
including statutory constribution of epf,socso and gpa for our employees.
COMENCEMENT OF SERVICES
We require 14 days
notice to commence the service.This is to enable the time frame for us to formulated
security and safety manual and conducting training and briefing sessions on the
natureof their specificand responsibilities to tailored your requirement prior
their deployment.
CONTRACT PERIOD
It is proposed
that the contract period for the services shall be for a period of two yearly
basis and it is renewal subject to the consent of borth parties.
However,our
services is proven to be unsatisfactory,you may terminated the services by
giving written noties 30 days in advance
CHARGE
The charge is
inclusive of working on sunday and public holidays as well as the providing you
reliable and effective services.However should you requires futher
